Jeff Mason


Jeff  Mason is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the College of Business Administration. After graduation he served six years in the Pennsylvania National Guard. He was one of the original shareholders of Leader Data Processing and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1968, serving as Treasurer. In 1994 he was elected Chairman of the Board and CFO. LDP provides comprehensive information management services for government agencies and private sector companies.  Mr. Mason's past corporate affiliations included Secretary/Treasurer of lnternational Microfilmers, Secretary/Treasurer of Micro-Comfax, Secretary/Treasurer of Micrographics lnternational, Secretary/Treasurer of Metro Talent, Secretary/Treasurer of lnsta-Print, Director of IMR Limited and President of Quest Systems & Technology. Mr. Mason's present corporate affiliations include Chairman of the Board/President of LDP, President of lnterface, a management consulting firm, Managing Partner  and President of COM Leasing Associates, a full service leasing company, Secretary Treasurer of Leader 1320 Realty and Board member of Advanced-Tec Materials.

Luis Diaz

Luis J. Diaz graduated from Rutgers Law School and is the Director of Intellectual Property for the Gibbons Law firm. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in a wide range of complex matters including intellectual property law, technology related joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and government relations. Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Diaz was Executive Vice President and Senior Counsel with IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT) where he managed and oversaw a staff of six IP professionals on a wide range of matters worldwide including software and technology licensing, patent litigation, patent procurement and portfolio development strategies, trademark prosecution, patent clearance studies, and technology-related mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Diaz represents foreign corporations from Spain, Central America, and South America in the United States.

Rogellio Carrasquillo

Rogellio Carrasquillo graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and serves as Corporate Council for the Gibbons Law firm. He currently advises domestic and foreign companies, multinationals, and entrepreneurs on their business activities and investment considerations in the United States and throughout Latin America, Asia and Europe, including complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Carrasquillo was a senior associate with Kaye Scholer in New York, a partner and co-head of the Corporate and Finance Department at Martinez Odell & Calabria in Puerto Rico and an associate with Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York. Mr. Carrasquillo was also the secretary of the Board of Directors of First BanCorp (NYSE:FBP), the financial holding company of FirstBank Puerto Rico and worked in Shanghai, China as a senior associate with Kaye Scholer.
